    Derek Neilson

    Derek is the Managing Director of Apardion Ltd, one of Scotland’s leading security and facilities companies, and brings his extensive security industry knowledge to the FRG Group.

    Derek’s role is supported by a strong management background along with over 16 years’ experience in a Police operational risk environment, delivering strategy, governance, policies and intelligence. During his Police career he focused on Counter Terrorism and led the Northern Border Policing Command Unit within Police Scotland.

    He was also formally a HSSEQ specialist in the oil and gas industry.

    Hannah MacLeod

    Hannah joined Apardion in 2019 from a Human Resources management role and has a wealth of retail and sales experience in a supervisory position. She holds a BA (Hons) in Management and Human Resources Management from Robert Gordons University in Aberdeen.

    Hannah’s one of our extremely talented staff that is not only looking after our office administration but helps our various other departments function as well. She oversees all contractual management from recruiting & resourcing to payroll.

    She is also a qualified Quality Auditor and keeps the company’s Document Control System in order and ensures Apardion’s maintains their ISO9001 accreditation.

    Stuart Allan

    Stuart brings years of experience working in the public and private sectors of facilities, managing large leisure facilities in the city and most recently as administrator for an international college.

    Working closely with Apardions local clients and their teams providing an essential support function for their business.

    Always looking to diversify and push the business into new areas Stuart has recently completed both the BAFE Fire Extinguishers Servicing Engineers course and a PAT testing qualification.
