Apardion has managed The Academy Shopping Centre from opening in 1998.
The centre has a reputation as a unique top quality venue, and Apardion has won awards for the high standards. Management services include financial, facilities management, sales and marketing, HSE, retail security and cleaning.
In conjunction with private and public sector partners, creative marketing by Apardion has seen a series of regular events and promotions with on-going brand development through market research. Customer surveys found the most common words to describe the centre were 'trendy', 'modern' and 'clean'.
Apardion has provided Facilities Management and Grounds Maintenance at Westhill Shopping Centre since March 2008. The company has won awards for recycling and both the tenants and the local community has been impressed by the company's commitment to improving the grounds maintenance of the centre. In a recent newsletter, the Community Council praised the work of Apardion's Facilities Officers.
